Terms and conditions

Payments and deposits

  • Online bookings – full payment will be taken at time of booking.
  • Phone bookings – a deposit of one night’s tariff at time of booking is required.

Site allocation

  • Specific site numbers cannot always be guaranteed.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. For tariff purposes, guests aged 16+ are considered adults and those between 2-15 years as children.
  • Reservations will only be honoured for the number of guests booked for the number of days.
  • Sites are restricted to 6 guests per site. If we do believe there are more than the maximum number of guests there will be additional charges of $20 per day charged to the credit card held.

Check-in & checkout

  • Site check-in – after 12 pm
  • Site check-out – by 10 am
  • Guests are sent a confirmation email on booking and are to present to the Park Office on arrival unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • We do offer late checkout on all sites if they are not booked for the following night. Check with staff to request a late checkout.

Parking

  • 1 vehicle per cabin/site permitted. A boat, trailer, or jet ski can be parked at the site, but the vehicle must move to the visitor’s carpark.
  • All vehicles must be parked in the allocated cabin or caravan site.
  • Vehicles and/or trailers are not to be parked on any roads, surrounding vacant land, or lawns.

General

  • Children under 12 years of age must be always supervised by an adult.
  • All buildings and facilities at the showgrounds are smoke free including the amenity block. If you choose to smoke in other areas of the park, please ensure that all cigarette butts are appropriately disposed of.
  • Rubbish is to be placed in the bins provided around the park.
  • Individual fires or hot coal bbqs are not permitted in the park. 
  • Noise before 8.00am or after 9.30pm is required to be kept to a minimum.
  • Bicycles/scooters must be ridden on roadways only and not after dark. Helmets to be always worn.
  • The park is subject to vic liquor laws. Intoxicated guests disturbing the peaceful enjoyment of others will be directed to vacate the park without a refund.
  • Obnoxious, unruly, disrespectful, or aggressive behaviour towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated and could result in immediate booking cancellation without a refund.
  • All guests are responsible for any loss or damage arising from breakages or damage to the cabin or common property during their stay. Fees may be charged should this occur.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

Pets

Dogs are welcome at the park, however dog owners must take full responsibility for their pet and to ensure they do not disturb other guests. Dogs are not permitted in amenity block and must always kept on a lead. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. All dog owners, whether you have expressly agreed to or not, assume liability regarding your dog being on our premises and indemnify us against all and any damages, all or any claims or other suites that may arise because of your dog being anywhere in our park.

Liability

The park operator and management are not liable to guests or third parties for any injury, loss, or damage. The principal residents must be over 18 and are responsible for their children and visitors’ actions.

Guests must ensure that property and valuables are always secured.

Cancelation policy

  • Presentation of a valid credit card will be recorded for security at booking.

Cancellation policy

  • For cancellations 14 days or more before the arrival date, we apply a $50 cancellation charge, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with the park management.
  • For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the first night’s accommodation is nonrefundable, and a $50 cancellation fee applies, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with park management.
  • For cancellations on the arrival date, the booking must be paid in full and there will be no refunds.
  • For early departures, there will be no refunds.

Please note the cancellation policy applies to anyone wanting to cancel, regardless of the reason for cancelling.

Reschedule policy

  • Up to 7 days prior to arrival, bookings may be rescheduled to a future date.
  • You can reschedule to a future date, within 9 months of your original booking date.
  • If a booking is rescheduled the cancellation policy no longer applies.
  • Fees may apply.
